Digital Mobilization of Youth

In today’s world, it is a necessity to be digitally literate in order to perform in a capacity that enables one to be more successful whether it is at home, school, at jobs or even looking for a job. Over the last few decades, our environment has advanced into a digital environment. Being or becoming digitally equipped is now become essential for being successful in this digital era. Almost every task we do today requires some sort of digital knowledge or literacy. From surfing the internet in order to search for a job to be able to perform our jobs, we are required to have some sort of digital knowledge. Thus, in order to create awareness among the Youth of Pakistanabout digital knowledge, different techniques about digital mobilization for earning a handsome earning from social media etc., Positive Pakistan foundation organized a Young Intellectual Forum (YIF).
On 19th July 2018, Positive Pakistan organized Young Intellectual Forum (YIF) on the theme: Digital Mobilization of Youth. Mr.Ahmed Jawad Bhatti, the Chief Visionary Officer of “Beyond the Horizon” the world’s first smart think tank, a former Naval Officer, Submariner & a Lieutenant Commander was invited as the guest speaker for the forum.
The event was headed by Anchor Miss. Sehrish Imtiaz, the Mission Holder Positive Pakistan.She welcomed the audience along with highlighting the significance of the topic of today's session. It was started with the Holy name of Allah. Mr.Sami-ul-Haq, the Mission Holder Positive Pakistan recited the holy verses of Quran. Afterword, Miss. Sehrish called upon the stage the guest speaker of today's forum, Mr.Ahmed Jawad to share his great thoughts on today’s theme of the forum.
Mr.Ahmed Jawad while highlighting the Power of Opinion in the society said that“Opinion has an impact on everyone’s life either that is a person or a nation.” Opinions of multiple persons drag the attention of people. Social media is acting as a mic for us; we have to create opportunities for people by combining the opinions that are just 1 click away from us. To make the 1 click formula impactful, we have to focus on target, format,and timing.
He further shared the facts that the usage of social media is increasing day by day. It was just 1 crore in 2013 elections, but now it reaches upto 6crores while the mobile density is estimated at 12-15 crores. He suggested some positive ways for efficient utilization of social media: 
·         We can use the power of social media to create awareness among the people of Pakistan.
·         We should start the art of digital conversation.

He ended his lecture by saying that, social media consists of opportunities, challenges,and threats. We have to find solutions to all challenges and threats, which is only possible when we know the right usage of social media. After the lecture, the floor was opened for question answer sessions. In the end, Mr. Abid Iqbal Khari, the President Positive Pakistan, concluded the session by emphasizing that in order to boost Youth Digital Mobilization, Positive Pakistan will organize different digital-skills pieces of training, in order to make the Youth of Pakistan digitally equipped in this digital technology era. He also thanked Mr. Ahmed Jawad for taking out time and shared his insightful thoughts about social media utilization to the Youth of Pakistan, which will be very useful for them in their professional life.

Remembering Kashmir Martyrs

              Kashmir, the heaven on earth is a part of Pakistan. Jammu Kashmir is unfortunately still the part of India, where the brutal Indians are killing the innocent Kashmiri Muslims. On 13th July 2018,Positive Pakistan with the collaboration of E-blood organized an Open house Seminar “Remembering Kashmir Martyrs” in order to pay tribute to those courageous and brave freedom fighters who have rebelled against the Indian brutality and are standing against the Indian terrorism.
 Different eminent speakers from Kashmir and Occupied Kashmir i.e.,Sahibzada Zulfiqar Ali, Dr. Syed Mujahid Gilani, Naseer Gilani, Shaista Safi (Anchor Kashmir Magazine (PTV) & Kashmir Activist), Abid Iqbal Khari,the President Positive Pakistan and, Ahmed Bin Qasim (the son of AsiyaAndrabi) also joined to deliver theirinfluential talks on this informative forum and highlighted the challenges and brutalities being faced by Kashmiri Muslims  for their freedom in the Occupied Kashmir.
The event was headed by Anchor Kashmir Magazine (PTV) & Kashmir Activist Shaista Safi. She welcomed the audience along with highlighting the significance of the topic of today's seminar. It started with the Holy name of Allah.Mr. Amir Raza the Rehbar Positive Pakistan, recited the HOLY VERSES OF QURAN. Afterword, Miss.Iqra Naseer,the Mission Holder Positive Pakistan recited the Naat. Then,the anchor invited all the guests on the stage.For the first talk,Miss Shaista called upon stage Mr.Sahabzada Zulfiqar to deliver his thoughts about Kashmir. While talking about Kashmir, Mr. Sahabzada Zulfiqar told that on the voice of a younger freedom fighter Abdul Qadeer, Kashmiris came out to get a free land where brutal Indians killed 22 young souls just to stop their voices when they were calling for Zohar prayer. They sacrificed their lives but did not stop their voices.
Ahmed Bin Qasim, further highlighted the sacrifices Kashmiris are giving just to be the part of Pakistan, it’s time to support them.He said as part of the most influential social media team,PositivePakistan, it's your duty to highlight all the challenges and brutalities being faced by Kashmiri Muslims. He said:
اس پار بھی پاکستان ہے' اس پار بھی پاکستان ہے۔
Now we have to understand that Yes! Kashmir is the part of Pakistan.
