A state is governed by the institutions. Each
one of it has to work within due jurisdiction described by the constitution of
that respective state. Defacto, an auspicious society builds up when its
institutions work with mutual comprehension.
The
question is, "What ails Pakistan today"? From news headlines to talk
shows, this question has so much flummoxed & seems obfuscating hitherto. Everyone
tries to sideswipe as per his own mindset, but as being a libertarian, the bone
of contention is the conflict among the institution of Pakistan. Each of it
looks in a hurry to excoriate the other institution in spite of reducing the
tension. Each of the institution portrays to be incorrigible & in fact,
this is a gob smacking moment for the people of Pakistan. Flimsy nature of
institutions is no doubt the harbinger of inadvertent state & of course has
some pernicious impact upon their own credibility.
Judiciary should work within its ambit. Judges
have to build a knack of making decisions according to injunctions of law &
ambiguity. Pros & cons, they should avoid excoriating reviews about anyone.
A layman wishes for an auspicious life, so
the legislators should enact such lucid & cogent laws that can bring a
change in life. Enactment of the code of conduct for politicians would be
surely a winsome step towards luminous life, in fact. The culture of vulgar
& gruesome language must be changed in order to develop a civilized
society.
The institutions like NAB, FIA, etc should
investigate the investment to confirm all the facts by undergoing due diligence.
The institutions of intelligence should debunk bigot & such elements must
be defiled. Those elements that give rise to nepotism must be exposed. PEMRA
should enact a policy of due-diligence of media houses & to revoke them
from broadcasting a negative & gruesome image of Pakistan before the entire
world. Moreover, there should be no compromise upon those media houses that
dictate the integrity of institutions.
In the home stretch, hitherto, whatever
has been done is a reflection of past, we have to pass by a docile way by
continuously seeing the axes of that reflection that help us to reach our
destination, anxiously waiting for us.
