Eid ul Adha is sacred occasion for worldwide Muslims. They sacrifice sheep, goat, buffaloes and camels to fulfill sunnah. Meat is in excessive amount during Eid days, therefore, delicious use of meat can be processed in different ways, one of them is listed below.

Method
- Boil Chops with garlic and ginger
- Fry onion till it gets golden brown color and put it aside
- Grind onion with yogurt in grinder
- Warm up oil in cooking pot, fry yogurt mixture till it gets light brown color then add boiled chops with tomatoes and cook finely by covering the pot
- Let the tomato mix and water dry
- Add black paper and fry till two minutes
- Fry it with green chili, coriander and garlic
- Eat with Afghani rice
