Positive Pakistan Lahore Chapter in collaboration with Aiwan-e- Iqbal hosted the celebrations of the Independence. More than 1500 youngsters gathered together under one roof to pay a tribute to their motherland in the heart of the historic city. Pakistanis from all over the country came to attend the largest event of the year.  The event was followed by the recitation of the verses of Holy Quran, Naat and National Anthem. The participants were welcomed whole heartedly. Short introduction of Positive Pakistan and Walwala-e-Azadi was given to the participants.
The audience were over whelmed by the presence of some great people of time who were the honor chief guests of the event.  The stage was dominated by great speeches of Mr Abid Iqbal Khari  Founder Positive Pakistan, Senior Journalist Dr. Hussain Ahmed Piracha, Mr. Orya Maqbool Jan, Mr. Anjum Waheed, Mr. Arif Nizami and  Mrs. Sabahat Rafique.

The guests transferred their views in order to persevere the national ideology and how to play our roles in the development and progression of our state. They highlighted the importance of patriotism which filled hearts with passion and devotion to serve for the country.
In order to energize the audience and to deliver the context of patriotism, several musical performances were arranged. When Mr. Ghulam Hussain Lali took over the stage and spread the magic of his vocals, he took the audience off to a journey of the Sufi Saints. Members of Positive Pakistan, Saima Ijaz and Tehreem Khalil performed Dil Dil Pakistan and boosted the crowd.
